Vermouth di Toscana 'Dandi' Distilleria Indie - 75cl

The 'Dandi' Vermouth di Toscana is a meeting of tradition and modernity. It is produced at Distilleria Indie in the province of Lucca, the first zero-impact distillery in Italy, from small-production Tuscan wines. On the nose it is complex and balanced, with intense hints of citrus me wine, with herbaceous hints dominating the finish. On the palate it is sweet and balanced, decidedly persistent. VERMOUTH DI TOSCANA 'DANDI' DISTILLERIA INDIE - 75CL DESCRIPTION

Dandi Vermouth is produced at Distilleria Indie, the first zero-impact distillery in Italy, located in the Tuscan Apennine mountains, which bases its activity on a circular economy and maximum transparency in its production cycle.

Vermouth di Toscana 'Dandi' is designed for modern blending with an eye on ancient traditions. Vermouth di Torino is known all over the world as a product of Italian excellence; not many people know that Tuscany also has a heritage of its own regarding this fortified wine, as evidenced by 18th century books such as Cosimo Villifranchi's Oenologia Toscana.

Dandi' is a Tuscan Vermouth produced and designed by bartenders for bartenders. Referring back to this lost tradition, 'Dandi' relaunches a vermouth suited to the modern palate, with notes of orange and rhubarb, produced from small-production Tuscan wine. To be enjoyed cold or on the rocks, enhanced with an orange or lemon peel; or used in the preparation of cocktails, where it adds a fresh and lively note.
