The Sacrisassi Bianco by Le Due Terre has a particular history that deserves to be told. First, the charm that brings with it comes from the area where it is produced, in Prepotto, one of the territories and climatologicamente and pedologicamente choicest for viticulture: hillside vineyards, beautiful temperature excursions, calcareous soils and poor drainage and a strong marine influence. In short terms "difficult" for the screws, which have to fight against different "enemies", but who give us wines with wonderful character. Another source of fascination is the name of the winery: Le Due Terre, because it is located right where Italy and Friuli leave space at Slovenia, another land with great wine traditions. A small cellar, where passion, pride and the will to make the right to their land push the production of wines with unique character. As the Sacrisassi Bianco by Le Due Terre, a blend of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla which matures for 22 months in French oak barrels; a white wine from Friuli with a beautiful structure and an unique character, which offers a bouquet olfactory really interesting, ranging from apple citron, grapes plug fishing, to give at the end of the tasting minerality not indifferent.
