The White Collio "Broy" is made from Friulano, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes and is aged exclusively in steel, with Friulano and Chardonnay being partially dried in fruttaia. Of medium intensity and structure, it gives a soft and warm aromatic range where we find ripe tropical fruit and acacia honey, orange peel and yellow flowers

Collio Bianco "Broy" by Eugenio Collavini is a great wine, tasty and well articulated, where the grapes of Sauvignon are skilfully blended to enhance the sense of smell, while the Friulano and Chardonnay grapes can able to give substance and minerality to the palate. The company of this Collio Bianco "Broy" is a trademark of Friuli wine family history. The winery was founded in 1896 by the founder Eugenio, which works just buying grapes and turning them into their own. In this tradition the company is growing in numbers and values during the seventies and eighties thanks to Manilo Collavini, now joined in the company by his sons Giovanni and Luigi. The structure of the company has never provided its own equipment vineyards, although recently we tried diprovvedere to that effect, planting Ribolla in Poggiobello estate; but otherwise there is a very close relationship and mutual trust with the cooperative members. The cellar Collavini based, so its production of about 150 hectares of vineyards in conduction; wine producers are forced to follow a meticulous internal disciplinary, developed in order to reach high quality grapes, indispensible condition for an excellence wine as the Collio Bianco "Broy". In this production philosophy follows that of the cellar, which is at the center of its projects man, with his passion for grapes and love for his land.
