'Chaos' Valdisole

Valdisole's 'Chaos' is a sweet passito wine made from grapes harvested late and left to dry until December. Enveloping, aromatic and with very concentrated fruit, it releases aromas of peony and hints of honey, with a sweetness that is not excessive but well balanced.
