The Bardolino Classico "Brol Grande" by Le Fraghe winery is a medium-bodied red wine, aged for 8 months in wood. The rich bouquet smells of berries, red flowers, with balsamic nuances. The taste is soft and elegant, with excellent balance and prestigious harmony.
The Bardolino Classico "Brol Grande" by Le Fraghe is the soul of Matilde Poggi, the success and the desire to promote a name too often mistreated by following a philosophy that points to the sustainability of jobs and the reduction of operations in the vineyard.
The "Brol Grande" is a Bardolino with a small passage of eight months in wood, a choice that enhances the structure, the texture and softness of this wine made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes cultivated in the homonymous vineyard site in the hills around Affi on vines at least 15 years entirely exposed south. Separate vinification, maceration of 7-8 days, malolactic and natural aging of 8 months in wooden vats of 40 hectoliters.
Pulpy and juicy, round and lovely freshness, the Bardolino Classico "Brol Grande" by Le Fraghe is capable of surprising for its beautiful tannic presence and its brilliant purple color, bright and full of reflections. The notes are typical: cherry, black cherry, plum and currant, with a finale that recalls the black pepper and licorice. Try to forget a bottle in the cellar for 2-3 years, will surprise...
