Vermouth Chinato DelMago is the result of the invention of chef Marcello Trentini and is made from a local Piedmontese grape, Cortese. It has an aromatic and intense soul, with vinous hints that contrast with notes of citrus peel, spices, cinnamon and cinchona bark. Ideal to serve neat with ice cubes or in mixing!
Vermouth Bianco Chinato DelMago is a label with a unique and inimitable profile. Refined, original and surprising, it impresses and conquers from the very first sip. It is impossible to remain indifferent in the face of a creation that has won over the general public of enthusiasts and the juries of the sector's most important international competitions. It is part of the Spiriti Assoluti line of this new Piedmontese brand, the fruit of chef Marcello Trentini's passion for spirits. It is an elegant and fine Vermouth, fresh and intense, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or used to prepare cocktails.
The Bianco Chinato DelMago is a Vermouth also much loved by bartenders, who immediately appreciated its ductility within modern mixology due to its complexity and balance. The Vermouth, in fact, synthesises and blends three main aromatic connotations: the citrus character of orange peel, the soft profile of oriental spices and the vegetal and slightly bitter notes of artemisia, gentian and cinchona. These three families of fragrances and aromas are harmoniously enveloped by the vinous sensations of Cortese del Monferrato, which contributes to the finesse of the whole. The botanicals are processed according to the oldest practices, with infusions and cold macerations. The final blend is only added with alcohol, natural aromas and a pinch of sugar.
Vermouth Bianco Chinato DelMago is the choice of those who love the classic and refined taste, interpreted with creative genius. To the eye, it is an intense, luminous yellow colour with amber reflections. On the nose, it has a complex bouquet, characterised by scents of officinal herbs, delicate hints of soft spices, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg cardamom, citrus aromas of bitter orange peel, chinotto, notes of rhubarb, cinchona bark and floral nuances wrapped in a vinous background. The palate is elegant and rich, with a complex aromatic facet and a harmonious depth of flavour, anticipating a soft, fresh and very persistent finish.
