Tenuta Maso Corno's Trento Spumante Pas Dosé is fresh and mineral. It is produced on limestone soils at an altitude of 500 metres in Valbona di Ala, a perfect recipe for an elegant and delicate wine. The first stages of production see fermentation in steel, without malolactic fermentation, and then resting on the lees in the bottle for about 30 months. Direct and fragrant on the nose, fruity hints are joined by intriguing mineral hints of flint and pastry notes on the finish. The palate is fresh and savoury, distinctly mineral, a true mountain sparkling wine!
