The Soave Classico Straforte of Pra winery is a great white wine, an ambassador of a unique landscape, where the grapes are grown by the great Graziano Pra, on the steep slopes of the hills of Monteforte. This winemaker is passionate and tireless, a man who love its terroir with the unusual morphology and the rippling black soil. This is a place capable of giving finesse and minerality to Pra wines, with notes so well chiseled to last over the years. For this in the cellar prefer to adopt a style of processing grapes act to preserve their organoleptic characteristics, and all the research and innovation in wine is geared toward to enhance the quality of its products. From these choices comes the decision to start a project of organic farming for Valpolicella wines. From a vineyard age of about thirty and forty years, beautifully exposed to the south, Graziano Pra derives the Garganega grapes that make up its Soave Classico Straforte.
