Single Cask 'Jamaica' is a WP Rum offered by the Transcontinental Rum Line brand, which belongs to the famous Maison du Whisky company. The company is involved in the bottling of great vintage Rums from different territories in the Caribbean, all of which are of primary importance. Rum is made from dense, rich molasses and excellent-quality sugar cane juice. Once the fermentation phase is complete, the production process continues with distillation, which is carried out in the traditional Pot Still stills managed with expert craftsmanship derived from centuries of experience. The Rum matures in wooden barrels previously used for Bourbon ageing for a period of 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica and then completes the ageing process with 2 years in France.
