Imagine wandering through the gentle slopes of the Friulian hills, strolling among sun-kissed vineyards and caressed by fresh breezes. Here, in the heart of this fertile land, lies Luca Dellisanti's vineyard, a young producer who embodies the cultural duality of Gorizia, a borderland between Italy and Slovenia. His wine, Rosso Okus, reflects the freshness and vitality of this region, the result of a deep passion and unparalleled dedication to genuine and sustainable viticulture. The Okús project stems from the encounter between Luca and Davide, a friendship that gave birth to an ambitious idea: to bring authentic and environmentally respectful viticulture to the forefront.

With less than a hectare of vineyard in Cormons and an old family vineyard in Gorizia, Luca practices agriculture that goes beyond mere cultivation of the land; it's a way of life. Without the use of herbicides or synthetic fertilizers, he dedicates himself to meticulous monitoring of the vineyard and wine, intervening only when necessary and with great awareness. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, followed by ten days of maceration in vats and aging in stainless steel tanks, give Rosso Okus that delicate character that distinguishes it.

With its good acidity, soft tannins, and slender body, Rosso Okus conquers the palate, offering delicate notes of fresh red fruits, strawberries, and just-picked blackberries.
