In the Veneto region, in the heart of the charming hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, stand the vines that give life to the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Sui Lieviti 'Difetto Perfetto' by Sorelle Bronca. This wine is the purest expression of the territory that generated it, where the sensitivity and skilled hands of the Sorelle Bronca, heirs of the passion for viticulture passed down from father Livio and grandfather Martino, have ensured that the winery is based on principles of eco-sustainability and respect for nature. Here, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, the climate is ideal for creating quality and substantial wines, such as this Prosecco, which features natural yeasts at the bottom of the bottle, a sign of genuineness and longevity.

The production process of the Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Sui Lieviti 'Difetto Perfetto' by Sorelle Bronca begins in the vineyards of Colbertaldo and Farrò, at an altitude ranging from 50 to 500 meters above sea level. Here, each phase of the process is characterized by artisanal care and marked by tradition. Soil cultivation is exclusively done by hand, while the cultivation of Glera, Bianchetta, and Perera takes place only in the sunniest hilly areas, following ancient local techniques. Harvesting, manually done in crates, represents the most delicate and important moment, where only the best grapes are selected to ensure the excellence of the final wine. The next step is alcoholic fermentation in steel and bottle fermentation according to the traditional method, but without disgorgement. Then there is a rest on the lees for at least 4 months. The result is a wine with a strong personality and a slight mineral sensation due to the origin of the grapes from old high hill plants.
