This Pinot Noir from Erste+Neue is a drinkable and elegant version of this noble grape variety, with a South Tyrolean twist. It originates at an altitude of 450-550 metres, from sandy-clay soils that help in the development of the fragrant aromatic bouquet. It reveals hints of red fruits, such as raspberries and cherries, immediate and pleasant. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, soft in structure and with elegant, gentle tannins.
