Bressan's Pinot Noir is a full-bodied, intense, elegant and dry still red wine, rich with hints of underbrush and spice, aged in oak barrels
Bressan's Pinot Noir is a unique wine with an overflowing personality, as is its producer. That's right because once you put your nose in the glass, Fulvio's wine remains imprinted like few others in the memory of those who approach it, so much so that it is recognized even in blind tastings by virtue of its uncanny profile. The same considerations apply to its histrionic producer, namely Fulvio Bressan, a profound connoisseur of vineyard and terroir and irrepressible storyteller, capable of conveying visceral passion for everything concerning his world. The vines grown are those of the local tradition, such as Schioppettino, Verduzzo, Moscato Rosa, Verduzzo, Friulano, Ribolla and Malvasia, flanked by Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio. From the earth to the glass without any filter except a deep knowledge and attention to the ripeness of the grapes. However, each bottle is an exciting and engaging tale.
Bressan's Pinot Noir is made from pure grapes of the vine of the same name. Fulvio's credo is as clear-cut as his thinking, so the vineyard must express the power of the place and the grape without chemical or synthetic products interfering in any way. Therefore, agriculture that involves only the use of a little copper and sulfur is matched by consistent work in the cellar, which involves spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and long macerations on the skins. It is aged for 2 years in large oak barrels.
Bressan's Pinot Noir reveals itself in the goblet with a bright and transparent ruby robe. A bewitching and stunning nose in terms of intensity and variety of descriptors, on which clearly stands out the black pepper followed, however, quickly by the whole part linked to the earth and undergrowth and vegetable lashings reminiscent of tomato. A kaleidoscopic nectar, even on tasting, where it is sumptuous and endowed with a fascinating tactility also thanks to silky and smooth tannins. Cyclone.
