The Pigato by Laura Aschero is a fresh, fruity and engaging white wine. It expresses itself on tones of yellow fruit, resin and herbs. Soft and elegant the sip, well supported by a pleasant freshness and sapidity
Pigato by Laura Aschero is an extremely fascinating wine, both for the intriguing olfactory bouquet, both for the personality that manages to convey through a mouth full and enveloping. Pigato is a native grape grown only in Liguria, a true symbol of this beautiful stretch of land overlooking the sea. In particular, this of Laura Aschero,is one of the best Pigato in all national level, thanks to the very high level of quality that the winery maintains for its labels.
Today is Marco, son of founder Laura Aschero, who continues to run this wonderful reality of Liguria, with the same enthusiasm and passion of his mother. The winery's vineyards are divided into two plots, each planted with Vermentino, Pigato and Rossese. The historic one, of about one hectare, is situated in the village of Monti di Pontedassio and consists of small terraced hill 150 meters above sea level. The perfect terroir and the love with which they are constantly taken care of the plants make the winery a perfect representation of the territory of Liguria. In this Pigato we are able to taste a piece of Liguria, with all the passion that the winery was able to send in the glass.
