Oslavje is one of Radikon's most famous wines, an unconventional symbol of Collio, a white wine macerated on the skins for many months in oak barrels until it becomes coppery. It expresses a great complexity of aromas in a dry, taut and very expressive sip, of great originality!

The Oslavje by Stanislao Radikon is one of those wines that define particular is an understatement; a wine without compromise that can be fully understood only after a path between traditional wines. Speaking of traditional wine today is in some ways fashion; but it is not if you are referring to Radikon, an institution in this field. We are on the hill of Oslavia, in one of the most important villages in the middle of Gorizia and the Collio. Stanislao, with his wife Suzana and their son Sasa, leads the family cellar focusing, day after day, to the production of tradition, naturalness, passion and emotions. The Oslavje by Stanislao Radikon is all this: a wonderful wine, full of character and personality, an amazing wine, produced without the use of chemicals in the vineyard and in the cellar of sulfur. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon that is harvested in September by hand, the grapes are harvested and placed in small boxes, then macerate on the skins in oak vats without temperature control and without the addition of yeast selected; but it does not end here: the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3-4 months and takes the typical orange and copper color that has always characterized the Oslavje by Stanislao Radikon. A white wine that comes close to the most important red and that takes some cues from red wines for tasting fundamental: do not store it in the refrigerator and serving temperature of 16°-18°C. The olfactory impact is extraordinary complexity, breadth and persistence: it goes very easily with notes of rose and apricot to those of hazelnut and almond, with a spicy finish of incredible length. Cohesive, fresh, soft, with a final tannic than those that are felt and like. Oslavje by Stanislao Radikon: the wonder of the traditional, the wonder of the story.
