Manincor's Kalterersee 'Keil' comes from 100-year-old Schiava vines, cultivated in a privileged terroir with southern exposure and lake view, among the warmest in South Tyrol. Spontaneous fermentation in wood and five months of ageing in oak give the wine a deep character.
