The red Gutturnio Frizzante is the emblem of the Colli Piacentini, the true iconic wine of the area. In this area, sparkling wines have a long history behind them and still represent the glass to drink in company on any occasion. The Bulli family has been cultivating these lands since the early 1900s and today manages an estate of around ten hectares, where the classic grapes of the area are grown: Barbera, Bonarda and Ortrugo. The vineyard is at the centre of the whole project, and no chemical preparations are used between the rows to preserve a healthy environment naturally rich in biodiversity. Only quality grapes arrive at the winery, and oenological work is limited to transforming the grapes into wine in the most natural way possible. Thanks to the special attention paid to the grapes, the wines succeed in transmitting the best varietal and terroir characteristics.
