Franciacorta Extra Brut 'Nefertiti Dizeta' Vezzoli 2015

The Franciacorta Extra Brut "Nefertiti Dizeta" is the pride of Vezzoli, a beautiful winery of Franciacorta that surprised us at the recent Vinitaly for the elegance and freshness of its sparkling wines. We are in the heart of Franciacorta, more precisely in Erbusco; this is where Vezzoli has laid the foundation for his success. A success achieved thanks to the full respect of the terroir, selecting the best varieties and the best vineyards. Dizeta stands for zero dosage and this is the main feature of the Franciacorta "Nefertiti" by Vezzoli: disgorging not made any addition of expedition liqueur and this in order to maintain the original features of this beautiful Franciacorta, which is produced from grapes Chardonnay at optimum ripeness. Grapes are carefully selected and are left to ferment for 6 months in oak barrels, and then hone on the lees for at least 40.
