The Costa d'Amalfi Bianco by Marisa Cuomo is a white wine with a fresh and Mediterranean personality. Born on the Amalfi coast terraces from two typical grapes of Campania, Falanghina and Biancolella. The sip, juicy, subtle and savory, is wrapped in a very fragrant bouquet of yellow fruit, tropical touches, citrus, saline and broom hints

Costa d'Amalfi Bianco comes to life within a truly enchanting and evocative landscape. In fact, we find ourselves on the Amalfi Coast, overlooking the sea, where Biancolella and Falanghina grow with magnificent exposure to the sun, reaching the optimum degree of ripeness in each cluster, bathed in iodine from the sea. And it is precisely minerality, along with freshness and a bouquet of Mediterranean-style scents, that sum up the profile of a decidedly territorial bottle, with which the Marisa Cuomo winery shows her way of engaging in a heroic viticulture.
This Costa d'Amalfi white wine comes from a skillful blend between the two native white grape varieties widely grown within the regional borders of Campania, Falanghina and Biancolella. The vines of these two varieties grow in terraced vineyards at 300-400 meters above sea level overlooking the Amalfi coast, in a truly evocative panorama. The terroir is dominated by dolomitic limestone rocks. Vinification, which takes place in steel, is followed with care and attention by the Marisa Cuomo winery, and the subsequent aging also takes place in steel for a few months.
Marisa Cuomo's Bianco Costa d'Amalfi announces itself to the eye with a beautiful straw yellow color, bright and shining. The nose perceives subtle and refined aromas, where hints of Mediterranean herbs alternate with floral touches and light hints of almond. On the palate it is full-bodied, very tasty and flavorful thanks to a sip that relies on freshness and savoriness, qualities that are well balanced with each other. A creation that bears the signature of Marisa Cuomo, owner of one of the most interesting wineries in the entire Campania wine scene, capable of expressing at its best the charm and beauty of a land that is very hard to work, due to the steep slopes that go down towards the sea, but extremely suited to viticulture.
