Albariño "Sesenta e Nove Arrobas" by Bodegas Albamar is produced with the best grapes of centuries-old plants still grown in the countryside, which belong to the precious heritage of historic vineyards of Rias Baixas. At the end of the soft pressing in whole clusters, the must is fermented in steel tanks spontaneously and using only indigenous yeasts. The wine ages for 18 months in steel before being bottled. It has a pretty intense light yellow color. The olfactory profile offers scents of white flowers, aromas of lime, citrus, white fruits, nuances of orange honey and iodine hints. The mouthfeel is dynamic, with great energy and expressive tension, with a delicate fruit, a savory and mineral finish of lively freshness.
