Alla Costiera's semi-sparkling rosé is an ancestral method of great freshness that breathes joy from every bubble. It is made from red grapes vinified in white and left to spontaneously ferment on its own yeasts. The result is a young, summery bubble, with great fluidity and lightness, perfect with fried fish or cold summer dishes!
With its spontaneous and carefree spirit, the Rosato Frizzante sui Lieviti from the Veneto-based artisan winery Alla Costiera is able to relax the mind and body of those who taste it. This winery operates in the Euganean Hills with respect for plants, soil and the ecosystem in general, embracing a vision founded on organic farming and the non-invasiveness of the oenological process. At the helm of the estate is Filippo Gamba, a winemaker who is committed to enhancing the land where he grew up and where his parents handed down the winemaking craft to him. From these assumptions comes a limited production of artisanal labels with a distinctive character.
The Rosato Frizzante sui Lieviti Alla Costiera is made exclusively from red grapes grown in accordance with organic farming principles on hilly soils of calcareous origin. Once ripe, the bunches are hand-picked and then vinified in white by direct pressing and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. The slight frothing takes place in the bottle according to the Anchthonous Method, thus bottling the must-wine that has not yet been fully transformed so that the indigenous yeasts continue the metabolic process in glass with the residual sugars of the must. During vinification, the use of filtration operations is then excluded.
Alla Costiera Rosato Frizzante sui Lieviti has a peachy hue with fine, persistent mousse. The aromatic bouquet offers fragrant suggestions of strawberry, wild berries and wild flowers that are accompanied by pleasant vinous notes of must and yeast. On the palate, the marked freshness and graceful body define a very smooth and convivial drink that rests on sensations of red fruits consistent with the olfactory texture.
