It's been 115 years since Piero Domenis founded the distillery in Cividale del Friuli, in the province of Udine. It is currently run by the third and fourth generation of Domenis and tradition is lost in the mists of time Natisone Valley, since the days of Venice. In 1986, after twenty years of refinement and improvement of the production process, the Historical born, a young grappa where you could find the perfect blend between the strong alcohol content (50 degrees), the kit and the aromas and scents 'organoleptic harmony. The Historical Grappa Bianca is just one of many types that the old company produces and offers on the market for fans. Grappa distilled, according ancient tradition, the famed marc of white grapes Verduzzo, Tocai, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Picolit from the best wineries in the eastern hills of Friuli and Collio. Distillation is made with eight discontinuous copper stills, direct steam. Appearance of crystal clear, is particularly fine aroma. Strong and harmonious in the intensity and persistence, is characterized by an intense and complex aromatic. Extremely fragrant and balanced, presents tips fragrant details that reveal a great personality while remaining round and velvety.
