Domaine Hadrien Houbert's Chenas ‘Les Brureaux’ is a red wine made solely from Gamay grapes from the Beaujolais, a historic region of Burgundy. Velvety, fresh but still with a good structure, it undergoes a semi-carbonic maceration before maturing in steel vats, maturing intense hints of wet earth and cloves.
