Domaine Hadrien Houbert's Chenas ‘Les Brureaux’ is a red wine made solely from Gamay grapes from the Beaujolais, a historic region of Burgundy. Velvety, fresh but still with a good structure, it undergoes a semi-carbonic maceration before maturing in steel vats, maturing intense hints of wet earth and cloves. An excellent wine with an interesting gastronomic profile, it can be paired with white meat stews such as coq au vin, a French main dish of chicken marinated for a long time in red wine
