Since 1998 this beautiful reality of Piedmont is run by the brothers Dino, Diana and Gianni Bertolino, who with dedication and passion have taken it to the top of Asti oenology. A winery that boasts a centuries-old tradition in the production and marketing of wine, which we have testimonies to the great-grandfather of the three brothers, Giacinto.
The historical heart of the company is the plot around the villa, on the hills of Nizza Monferrato, planted by the father in 1961 with Barbera and Moscato. From these vineyards, the estate has expanded over the years, reaching the current 30 hectares of vineyards, all followed with sustainable agriculture practices and trying to minimize them treatments with synthetic products or chemical herbicides.
Olim Bauda produces a wine for each vineyard, all beautiful and evocative, from the heady aromas and flavors, derived from the territory on which come to life. Dino, Diana and Gianni have thus chosen to live in the land of their family, to carry on a centuries-old wine tradition, which thanks to their contribution has reached very high levels of quality and excellence.
With passion and dedication, they have produced sincere and genuine wines, authentic mirror of an area that few wineries are able to represent: Olim Bauda is one of them.
