Vodka Beluga is a famous vodka produced from barley malt and spring water. It reaches a maximum degree of elegance and aromatic cleanliness thanks to silica and silver filtrations, so much so that it has become a status symbol in Russia, where it is drunk cold alongside caviar
Noble Beluga Vodka is a super-premium quality vodka synonymous with luxury and prestige, originally made in cold Siberia by the Russian Mariinsk Distillery and today produced between Latvia and Montenegro by the Noblewood Group. Founded in 1900, the Mariinsk Distillery launched Beluga Vodka on the market in 2002, immediately establishing itself as a benchmark in the world of luxury spirits. In 2022, due to the troubled political situation in Russia, Mariinsk sold the rights to Beluga to the Noblewood Group, which specialises in the production and marketing of super-premium spirits.
The entire production cycle of Noble Beluga Vodka is directly controlled by the Noblewood Group, starting with the organic cultivation of grain and the supply of water from the purest artesian springs. Following the distillation process, the vodka undergoes a double filtration through quartz sand, followed by a triple filtration through charcoal filters enriched with silver, in order to obtain a vodka of extraordinary purity. This is followed by a resting period of at least 90 days before final bottling.
On visual inspection Beluga Noble Vodka shows a crystal-clear appearance. The aromatic profile is delineated by perceptions of citrus, wheat and toasted bread, enriched by a persuasive spicy finish. The taste is soft and enveloping, round and persistent, of great elegance and formidable expressive purity. The exaltation of the luxurious dimension and taste characteristics of Noble Beluga Vodka is to be found in the combination with caviar. It is no coincidence that the symbol of Beluga Vodka is the sturgeon, the fish from which the precious eggs for caviar are obtained.
