TRENTO SPUMANTE ROSÉ BRUT 'MAXIMUM' FERRARI DESCRIPTION

The Trento Brut Rosé 'Maximum' sparkling wine from the renowned Trentino sparkling wine house Ferrari is a bottle that stands out for its intriguing aromas of red fruits. The 'Maximum' line is dedicated to versatile and contemporary sparkling wines capable of presenting Ferrari's style in an accessible way, with the first Rosé of the range introduced in 2002. The appellation 'Maximum' is part of the history of the house, as it was the first label created in the early 1900s by Giulio Ferrari, the historic founder of the estate. The modern design of the bottle recalls the traditional colors of the winery: white and black, with the addition of the red of the 'Maximum' inscription placed on the neck of the bottle.

The Trento Rosé Brut 'Maximum' Ferrari Sparkling Wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%), varieties grown on the slopes of the Trentino mountains at an altitude ranging from 300 to 600 meters above sea level, with southeast and southwest exposure. Harvesting is done by hand during the first half of September, and in the cellar, Pinot Noir grapes are vinified as rosé while Chardonnay grapes are vinified as white. Once made, the sparkling base is bottled with the addition of tirage syrup for the secondary fermentation according to the Metodo Classico, associated with at least 36 months of aging on specially selected yeasts.

The 'Maximum' Trento Brut Rosé sparkling wine from the Ferrari winery has a beautiful antique pink color with a subtle and persistent effervescence. On the nose, there are broad and inviting aromas of citrus fruits and berries, accompanied by hints of white flowers and light yeast notes. Rich and with enveloping bubbles on the palate, characterized by pleasant freshness and a fragrant and refined finish, with excellent persistence.
