The Spumante Pas Dosé from the D'Araprì winery is an elegant and creamy sparkling wine from Puglia, produced by the classic method from Bombino Bianco and Pinot Noir grapes, aged on the lees for 30 months. The nose evokes fragrant hints of pastry and toast, and the taste is dry, harmonious, fruity and elegant
The Sparkling Pas Dosé by D'Araprì is the driest sparkling wine from the range because it is not added in any proportion the liquer d'expedition; is therefore to sparkling wine that expresses more clearly, rough and edgy personality. The cellar D'Araprì is the only winery in Puglia which makes sparkling wine its unique mission; Girolano, Louis and Ulrico have maintained even today the craftsmanship that has always characterized their cellar. Theirs is a friendship that is based on the Bombino Bianco, a grape of ancient origin which tradition says that he arrived in the territory of San Severo di Puglia in 1200, led by the Knights Templar on the way back from the Holy Land. D’Araprì is a charming cellar: his method classics, including the Pas Dosé, are aged in the cellars, a long hall of 1000 square meters, which extends below the Church of San Nicola, one of the oldest in the city. The Sparkling Pas Dosé by D'Araprì comes from grapes of Bombino Bianco and Pinot Nero, located on vineyards facing South and at 100 meters above sea level. It offers a nice straw yellow color with a firm and fine perlage fine and beautiful. The bouquet is one of those that leave no one indifferent: veiled hints of baked cakes, yellow peaches and almonds and hazelnuts. One really unique sparkling wine, out of the ordinary, able to tell the story of three friends united under the aegis of Bombino Bianco.
