Spumante Metodo Classico 'Blanc de Blancs' Elios

The sparkling wine 'Blanc de Blancs' Elios is a Metodo Classico that originates in the region of Alcamo, in the land of Sicily, in a black limestone soil of Catarratto surrounded by a forest of pines and oaks, which gives the 'Blanc de Blancs' good depth and acidity. Harmonious and perfumed, this wine is characterised by a fresh, fine and delicate effervescence that plays on citrus notes, aromatic herbs of rosemary and sage, and a lightly toasted finish.
