Sorì San Lorenzo is a Barbaresco that comes from the pure use of a great Piedmontese red grape variety, Nebbiolo. The grapes, carefully selected by the Gaja team during manual harvesting, undergo a double aging process after vinification, which is essential to fully develop the characteristics of this wine. In fact, it proceeds with a first period of 12 months spent in barriques, and then, with another year spent in large barrels. At the end of these 24 months of maturation, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
