Foss Marai is certainly one of the most prestigious names in the world of Prosecco, a winery that works with great skill to produce truly exquisite products. Prosecco "Strada di Guia 109" is undoubtedly the version that best highlights the characteristics of the Glera grape variety: a remarkable diversity of aromas mingles with the typical fruity note. It comes in its classic Extra Dry form, with a light, barely perceptible residual sugar, and displays an irresistible freshness and drinkability that make it the perfect sparkling wine to drink in moments of joy and celebration.

Foss Marai's "Strada di Guia 109" is a light, fresh sparkling wine, perfect for a successful aperitif, but which can also be drunk with a meal. It is produced from a selection of the finest Glera grapes, known as Prosecco in this region, grown in the estate's vineyards, rooted in the fast-moving hills of Valdobbiadene, more precisely at the address indicated on the label name, namely Strada di Guia 109. This is a kind of heroic viticulture, as hand-picking the grapes is difficult and tiring. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation takes place for 3 months in steel tanks, followed by a second autoclave fermentation according to the Martinotti or Charmat method, with pressing of the foam for 25 to 30 days.

This Extra Dry Foss Marai Prosecco has a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, a creamy mousse and a rich, persistent perlage. On the nose, fragrant notes of crisp green apple, juicy citrus fruit and acacia flowers ensure a fine, very pleasant and simple bouquet. A fine prosecco that knows how to be elegant without giving up a certain personality. Fresh, captivating and fruity on the palate, it's a pleasure to drink.
