The Pinot Blanc Zuc di Volpe is a key wine for Volpe Pasini, produced only in the best years with a selection of the most promising grapes, using a separate vinification with the aim of reaching the highest level of authenticity, elegance and concentration possible. Located in a charming manor house dating back to the sixteenth century, in the heart of the eastern hills of Friuli, Volpe Pasini boasts an estate of about twenty thousand square meters and 52 hectares of vineyards, planted with traditional varieties of the area. The white wines of the range Zuc di Volpe, a true flagship of Volpe Pasini, are obtained through strict procedures in line with the most modern winemaking technologies: an absolute prerogative is to obtain wines with a great flavor profile and an important structure, able to express in a clear way the most peculiar characters of the vineyard of origin. The careful enhancement of traditional Friuli grapes has led Volpe Pasini to the study of a Pinot Blanc with distinctive scents and an aromatic complexity that can highlight the large potential for growth over time of this variety still little known in its vinification in purity. After years of study, was born Pinot Blanc Zuc di Volpe by Volpe Pasini, able to to treasure the most prestigious international awards in just a few years and impose itself as an absolute benchmark for wines belonging to the same kind.
