The Franciacorta Brut "P.R." by Monte Rossa is a wine created to celebrate 35 years of operation of the winery. Its name hides a tribute to the founders: in fact, the founders of this wonderful reality of Franciacorta are Paola Rovetta and her husband Paolo Rabotti; now the winery represent a point of reference of the whole area of franciacorta. This Franciacorta is a Blanc de Blacs, produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, which are a perfect balance between structure and complexity of the wine reserve (used for 35%) and the elegance and finesse resulting from its Chardonnay vintage.
