"Moncuit-Delos" is a Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne born from the savoir-faire of the Maison Pierre Moncuit. The domaine is located in Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger and owns some 20 hectares in one of the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. The soils of ancient marine origin are composed of limestone and deep chalk banks, which are very suitable for enhancing the finesse of white grapes. This prestigious label is produced only with Chardonnay grapes from the best plots of the estate classified as Grand Cru. Soft pressing is followed by initial fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After maturing for several months, the vins clairs are blended to create the final cuvée. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a minimum of 48 months on the lees.

A vigneron Champagne that captivates from the first glance with its luminous light yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is fine and intense, with aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, hints of toast, pain brioche, ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit.
