Laurent Bénard's Champagne Extra Brut Premier Cru 'La Clé Des Sept Arpents' is produced on the typical chalk soils of Champagne, a blend of all the grapes typical of the area. The assemblage sees the addition of the perpetual reserve started in 2012, the re-fermentation of the blend takes about 3 years. The nose is fresh, intriguing, rich in fruit and herbs. The palate is fresh and lively, with a balanced structure and pleasant savouriness. Perfect with sea bass carpaccio
