Quenardel's Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is made in a small area of the French Marne located between Reims and Bouzy. It expresses itself through a rich, fine perlage and elegant notes of almond blossom, citrus fruits and toasted hints of biscuit and biocale that develop following a 60-month rest on the lees.
