A Champagne dedicated to those who love the elegance of Blanc de Blancs, perfect to be enjoyed with seafood appetizers.
Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs "Les Crayeres Folies" is the fruit of the work of a small Maison that manages 3 hectares of vines in the prized area of Venteuil, a village located near Epernay, Reims and Hautvillers. Potel-Prieux is a family-run Maison, which has inherited the ancient savoir-faire of many generations who have dedicated themselves to the cultivation of vines in Champagne. The vineyards are conducted with great attention to the environmental context, with an equal presence of the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, all of which express themselves at high levels of quality in this territory. Valuable reserve wines are kept in the Maison's caves, which mature using the Solera Method and add to the non-vintage assemblage Champagnes.
Potel-Prieux's Brut Blanc de Blancs "Les Crayeres Folies" is a Champagne made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Venteuil area. After the harvest, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with an aging period on the lees of 48 months before dégorgement. In the glass it is straw yellow in color with fine and continuous perlage. The nose offers ripe fruity aromas, with hints of tropical fruit, pastries, honey, toasted nuances, dried fruit and flowers.
