Château Lauduc's Bordeaux 'Clairet' is a structured rosé, a lesser-known classic from this great French wine region. It is a compromise between red and rosé, produced using the 'saignée' method, which involves removing part of the mass during the maceration of a red wine. This produces a structured rosé with typical hints of wild strawberries, fresh cherries and red plums from the Merlot, with floral notes.
